Holiday Inn Cebu City, an IHG Hotel

The key to a great hotel is the service. Most hotels have similar rooms to other hotels at their star level. It's the staff that make the difference. This hotel has location, location, location, great four star rooms, an awesome menu, and friendly helpful staff that go above and beyond to really make your stay special. I have four kids and a young grandson and couldn't have had a better experience. Highly recommended.

My wife and I stay here so often, I swear we are on a first name basis with all the staff. We adore thos hotel and refuse to stay anywhere else. Great staff, great buffet, wonderful food, and so close to everything. The laundry service is a little pricey but they provide great, timely service, so it's worth the cost on my tight schedule.

probably the worst arrival experience of any hotel visit ive had had reserved a suite which was not ready upon arrival, post 30 minutes of check in time. thats fine. what was unacceptable though is the inability to get an ETA i downgraded and hotel was able to put me in a room asap due to appointments i had coming up very soon after. i am a top tier ihg loyalty member as well so not my first rodeo. Also TVs were not working properly. I was told this was being addressed and was never fixed by the time I left the next day an hour later in the lobby i see several parties waiting with a number of luggage being kept to the side of the front desk so ASSUMING there were rooms still unavailable. regardless it was MANAGEMENT that poorly managed this if NYE was sold out. staffing shouldve been coordinated to take into account the number of rooms that needed to be turned over the next day. to have that many people waiting even 90 minutes after check in time is atrocious. i did request free breakfast though for my inconvenience. room was great otherwise
